Get Ready Guide:

I've purchased my tickets, what happens next:

Our team will be in contact leading up to the event with a schedule and additional information on your specific experience. This will take place around 3 weeks prior to the event.

Tickets will be distributed at least 1 week prior to the event.

Be sure to check your email address.  We will send you all the relevant information for your experience to the email address made on the order summary. 

If your experience includes a food and beverage package, our team will be in contact with you to secure additional guest details and dietary requirements.

Please add our email address to your contact list so we don't end up in your junk: hello@ausxevents.com 

Any updates and changes to your experience may be sent via text message also. 

Tickets:

All corporate hospitality ticketing will be issued at least 1 week prior to the event taking place. 

Be On Time:

We don't want you to be late for your experience or miss out on any part of it, so it is always best to make sure you are at the arranged meeting location prior to the meeting time. 

Conditions for Track Walk experiences:

  • All participants must be wearing closed toe shoes to attend the track walk
  • You must be in the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the track walk commencing 
  • Shoe covers are mandatory 
  • Any intoxicated participants will void their track walk 

FAQ'S:

If I am participating in a track walk, what shoes should I wear? 

Closed toe shoes are required for all track walks. You will be provided with protective shoe covers which it is mandatory to wear. 

Does my child need a ticket for AUSX Experiences?

Children age 3 and over are required to purchase a ticket to participate in any experiences or corporate hospitality packages.  

Can I purchase a VIP Experience for someone else? 

The purchaser is not required to attend, and it is possible to purchase an experience for multiple people. The purchaser will automatically be designated as the Point of Contact. However, the purchaser can nominate a new designated Point of Contact for the experience by emailing hello@ausxevents.com 

How will my AUSX Event Experience be delivered?

All elements of each Experience will be delivered on-site at the event. No items will be shipped. The purchaser will receive a confirmation email and the Point of Contact designated at purchase will receive any required tickets, details and updates via email. 

What happens if I am running late for my experience? 

It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes prior to your experience. Lateness may result in missing out on an element of the experience, without any refund.

 What is the refund policy for AUSX Experiences?

All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Is there parking included with my Experience or Hospitality Package?

Unfortunately, parking is not included in your purchase.

Is there a dress code for hospitality packages?

Yes, there will be a dress code noted in your Experience information booklet a week prior to the event.
