Shipping policy

All AUSX Event Experiences are delivered on-site at the event.  No items will be shipped unless expressed on the product specifically.

The purchaser will receive a confirmation email once the order has successfully processed.

Additionally, the purchaser will receive details and updates by email at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

The purchaser must attend and check in for the experience onsite, with valid photo ID and the valid order number or confirmation email. The purchaser is responsible for organising and communicating all experience details and requirements to all other participants.
