Where can I purchase tickets?
For all General Admission, VIP, and Ultimate VIP, please purchase from Ticketmaster.
All of our Corporate Hospitality Experiences are to be purchased directly through our Experiences site. Our team will be in contact leading up to the event with a schedule and additional information on your specific experience. Tickets will be distributed 1 - 2 weeks prior to the event.
Does my child need a ticket for AUSX Experiences?
Children aged three (3) and over will require a ticket to attend our events.
Children under three (3) are free to attend (seated on an adult lap).
Can I purchase a VIP Experience for someone else?
The purchaser is not required to attend, and it is possible to purchase an experience for multiple people. The purchaser will automatically be designated as the Point of Contact. However, the purchaser can nominate a new designated Point of Contact for the experience by emailing corporate@ausxsupercross.com.au or gemma@amegroup.co
When will I receive my AUSX Experience information pack?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your booking has been secured. Closer to the event, we will send through a full information pack covering all the details you need, including timings, access points, and more.
What happens if I am running late for my experience?
It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes prior to your experience. We don't want you to be late for your experience or miss out on any part of it, so it is always best to make sure you are at the arranged meeting location prior to the meeting time.
What is the refund policy for AUSX Experiences?
All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Is there parking included with my Experience or Hospitality Package?
Unfortunately, parking is not included in your purchase.
Is there a dress code for hospitality packages?
Yes, there will be a dress code noted in your Experience information booklet a week prior to the event.
Conditions for Track Walk experiences:

All participants must be wearing closed toe shoes to attend the track walk. You will provided shoe covers upon entry
- You must be in the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the track walk commencing
- Shoe covers are mandatory
- Any intoxicated participants will void their track walk
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all time
- All children participating must be able to walk the track themselves, carrying children is not permitted
- Photos are encouraged, but please stay within the designated walking areas and follow all staff instructions.
